We would like to inform you that the incident on our Hosted Private Cloud offer has now been resolved.

End time : 11/07/2025 06:39 UTC
Impacted Service(s) : Some hosted VMs were temporarily unavailable.
Also, management of other VMs was temporarily unavailable.
Customers Impact : Some customers were temporarily unable to access, use and manage their VMs.
Customers that had their VMs down, can now relaunch them and use to verify their partition with "fsck".
If after the verification the partition is corrupted, customers can ask for a restoration.
Root Cause : This incident was caused by an electrical equipment issue.
