As part of our continuous improvement plan, maintenance is scheduled on our Backup as a Service offer.

Service impact : During the maintenance window, the storage servers hosting your backup data will be upgraded one after another. Each upgrade takes approximately 1 hour, during which the backup data stored on that server will be temporarily unavailable. Restore and disaster recovery (DRP) operations will not be possible for the duration of the maintenance.
Service improvement : As part of our continuous improvement policy, we are updating the storage servers hosting your data. This brings improvements to certain security mechanisms, as well as some performance enhancements.
