Service impact : If no action on customer side after 7 days of adding the spare, concerned hosts will be put in maintenance mode and vMotion will be performed to evacuate virtual machines.
Service improvement : As part of our continuous improvement policy, we are rolling out an upgrade for some hosts in ERI1C.
An individual communication will be sent before the upgrade begins.
