Description : If you are from wave 12 you will receive a mail from us and you will be able to schedule again with the manager.
Builds will be pushed to the host, put in maintenance mode, all Virtual machines will be moved with Vmotion and last hosts will be rebooted .
If we meet an issue during the reboot of the host , it will be replaced. (20 min)
If major update have to be done, it will be two successive reboots like this:
Host v6.0 : upgrade major to v6.7, reboot, then upgrade minor to the last build v6.7, reboot.
Host v6.5 : upgrade major to v6.7, reboot, then upgrade minor to the last build v6.7, reboot.
Host v6.7 : upgrade minor to the last build 19195723 if needed, reboot.
If hosts are already on build 19195723, they will be skipped.
Service impact : None
Service improvement : All hosts have to be upgraded frequently due to the VMware's matrix of compatibility and also due to the CVE.
